Hi,
I have fixed a bug in the previous patch for ctags to integrate GNU GLOBAL.
Attached patch is against the trunk of ctags repository.

[Bug fixed]
Previous patch printed reference tags even when the --gtags option is not specified.
Now it prints only definition tags in such case. The behavior is compatible with
original ctags.
