CSS Merge will not be developed for a while but is useful as is. Have a look at CSS Tidy (http://sourceforge.net/projects/csstidy/) which has many advanced functions that I will not be besting anytime soon. It is a good project.
This is the "Starting to be useful" release.
Output formatting options are now available but CSS @rules (such as @import) are not handled yet. Any suggestions on handling at rules would be appreciated.
