Not commited yet as I'm finishing the expat to libxml2 port.

Fortunately the libxml2 SAX parser is somewhat based on expat so the
changes are really minor, and only involves the parser construction and
invocation.

The callbacks remain exactly the same, so I supose there'll be no
problem with this port.

Note: this is a "real" port. No expat support when finished. I hope it's
ok for you.
