We're ready for a new minor release, so we'll not fix the previous one as it's ready to be obsoleted. If you want, I can upload for you a pre-release of cssed-0.3.1 that fixes lots of issues on windows. This way you can tell us if the problem is still present, so we could go for a fix on the new installer, instead of fixing the ready-to-be-obsoleted one. If you post here what version of gtk are you using, and you're willing to take a try to the new installer, I'll build it for you and upload it to a location where you could download it. Is it ok for you ?
