[cssed-devel] Append file in document list

I find the "Append file" rather confusing, it is intended to append a=20
document list not a document.

What do you think if it is renamed "Append document list"?

Then in the future, we probably need:
- a sort function to sort the files entries in the document list
- a remove duplicate entries since it may happen that when appending a=20=

document list to another one, some files entries are in both, hence the=20=

append process duplicates entries.
