I will go for it, but with named colours. There're a pletora of them to select so I think it will not cut drasticaly users' choice. Or may be I could try a colour wheel as it was done on the preferences dialog's highlighting tab. One or another, Is the overall idea ok ? It seems useful to me when working in a big bunch of files. Have anyone a better idea on how to mark a set of documents ?
