I've created a new file, choosen DBCS as document encoding, chosen=20 Kangul as character set, changen the police to #GungSeo, changed my=20 keyboard to Kangul, written some special characters, then those are=20 correctly displayed in cssed window. When I close the file, then reopen it, I need to choose again DBCS as=20 encoding to have a correct display. I've noticed also that a blank line=20= is always added when reopening the file (I'll guess this is what is=20 done for css files).
