[cssed-devel] Changes in the cssed 0.3.0 release

Could it be possible to change the title of the plugins dialog window,=20=

from:
plugins dialog
to:
Plugins dialog

and regenrate the po files and pot files accordingly (a fuzzy string=20
presumably in po files after regenerating the pot file).

That's just because all dialogs have a title with first letter=20
capitalzed, just to be consistent.
