[cssed-devel] UTF-8 strings not correct in plugins window

When loading a plugin, the strings are correct (accented characters),=20
but when opening cssed once plugins have been loaded previously (in a=20
previous run), the accented characters are not shown correctly.

If I unload the plugin, then reload it, the strings are correct. I'm=20
unable to find where is the bug.
