[cssed-devel] Changes in quicksearch plugin

I've made changes locally in quicksearch plugin, so that:

1 - It uses the convention for cssed plugin name
2 - It checks for the existence of a search term before starting the=20
search

Are you OK for this.

If you're OK, I'll commit the changes, then have a look at them, since=20=

it's my first try changing the source (very newbye here).
