[cssed-devel] Small improvements in cssed and string freeze

Some changes have been added to cssed, mostly a new menu item to revert
changes in one document.

From now we are in strings freeze for translation, and code freeze for
testing.

I need a week or two for packaging and plugins' tests so there's no
hurry with translations.

The changes are in CVS, patch attached.
