No, they always own the intellectual rights. Those rights are=20
inalienable and untransferable. The parts which are transferable are=20
the financial and managing parts: copying, distributing, modification,=20=

and so on.

Moreover, as the software is under GPL, all derivative works are also=20
under GPL. So, any addition, modification and so on are automatically=20
under GPL, be the owner OK with this or not.

I would have put documentarians in contributors, but well, maybe you're=20=

right, it's fundamental to the application.
But package maintainers before translators. I mean this is more close=20
to developers.
