No, it's a place where to put at least the name of the program, a brief=20=

description of what it does, and all copyright information. And in this=20=

sense, developers, designers, translators, have copyrights.

Then it's fair usage to put either an email address or a link to a web=20=

site, especially for those who are specialists in the domain (I think=20
here about the graphists).

Of course, you can and you should put some contact information.

Yes, this can be a simple list.

No, that's not the purpose here; the purpose is to give credit. Then=20
Andreas is a designer, it may be a reference for him to tell I've done=20=

this, that... So the fact to put his name in the About box, as it=20
should be done, may be of great importance to him, if not to the users.

No just have a first with the name of the software, the author(s), the=20=

description of the program.
Then a second tab with contact:
here go the authors and their details, the maintainers and theirs=20
details, the translators and their details, bug page, web site,=20
download site.
Then a third tab with others credits: here go documentalists, web=20
designers and so on.
