[cssed-devel] Some bugs from 2.1

While testing the 2.1 version to make the docs, I've seen some bugs; 
not sure if they are already fixed in cvs:

1 - When opening a new file, the notebook editor is not positioned on 
the new tab.

2 - Icon for autocompletion would be great, as on Mac with a non 
English keyboard, the alt key is not available (it is used to access 
accented characters). Or maybe changing the alt combinaisons in cssed 
to Meta or even Esc would make it.

3 - Ctrl-Z works for undo, but it is not shown in the menu

4 - It would be great to have Shift-Ctrl-Z for redo too.

5 - Remember to have a look at the bug I've reported about the colors 
in Preferences (see the difference between first and other color 
buttons).
