As for the preferences, if you want to have them applied to the current=20=

The copy/paste thing works only in editor, hence Ctrl-Z (which is=20
related to copy/paste) works also only in editor and only when the=20
focus is it: that's pretty normal behaviour.

But drag and drop works in ScratchPad. So hightlight a part in=20
ScratchPad, drag and drop it elsewhere inside the ScratchPad works=20
(obviously you must have two parts for that to work).
