Just FYI the "test binary build" I offered you, is shiped on a Win32
native installer.

I was not speaking about a package to be built, but a binary built
package with it's installer.

I'm sure the next cssed will build on Cygwin as the new sorce tree will
have specific Windows code to avoid the use of memory mapped files.
