#40 possibilities popup not visible

Hi,

when I type ":" after a CSS class, CSSED shows me a popup with the possibilities I can choose. But when this class is on the bottom of the page, the popup is collapsed. See picture.

CSSED 0.4.0 installed from reporsitory

I see it as a bug.

I will update cssed to use a list view
instead of a menu for this task.

This will fix this issue and provide
some extra features.
