#3 Potential buffer overflows

I found a bunch of potential buffer overflows in nanohttp with the use of sprintf, strcpy, and strcat. I fixed all the ones I've seen so far as well as a few other potential problems. I think this patch should be applied as soon as possible since any server that uses nanohttp on the internet would be easily hacked by a simple malformed http request.

The attached diff file is between libsoap-1.1.0 and my directory libsoap-1.1.1.
