At present the all configuration files are set, by default, to use the 
ones in CVS head. Most of them can be customised in the application. 
However, playrs.xml cannot yet be customised and so is always the one in 
CVS head.

This will change soon as we will be moving to an XML database for 
players rather than a flat file, but for now - yes it is CVS head.
