Initial Comment:
Downloaded latest version from CVS, but it appears to 
be broken. Error message :

dummy-target:

I see that a new directory was created in the csms 
folder when cent was 
run : "${centipede.cent.dist.bin.dir}", which appears to 
have been named incorrectly, not sure what it's meant to 
be called, but I know it's not that.
