Tested on Mozilla FireFox (latest version) speaking to tester on Mac Safari (latest Version). Live Help installed on a separate sub-domain, kept the chat session going for 8 mins, without a problem to Live Help or website. Further tested by chatting to myself on 2 open browsers running FireFox, and still no problem.
Can the OP update the "bug" with your server error logs?
