#11 Connection Issue :Proxy, Website. ?

I am not sure if my proxy is the issue or the website?

I can hit the webservice page via IE - I have copied the proxy info and pasted into the settings area.

My CS2007 site does require authentication, which I supply via the Connection manager. There is no public access to the webservice.

Everytime I try to find the ws, it says it cannot be found.

How frustrating, so close and yet stuck using the web upload tool!
