#84 Toggle display of pathnames

Hi folks,

About 20 years ago, I added some features to cscope, like the progress bar
and the concept of using TAB to go back and forth in the interface and a
variable number of results shown based on screen size, and a few others
(my name is in the README already). I also added the ability to toggle
showing the full paths of the files. That last change apparently never got
in, so, I've just reimplemented it on top of cscope-15.8a.

So, it turns out that I reversed the old and new code in the diff. If the code is approved, I can submit another one.
