#25 Make navigation in xcscope.el easier

The attached patch aims to make navigation between
matches easier by making the following changes:

1) Add keybindings and code to handle moving
between matches.
2) Add the ability to suppress the automatic
display of the *cscope* buffer.
3) Add the ability to override the initial cscope
database directory that is searched.

The changes made to the documentation in xcscope.el
document the above changes in greater detail.

This patch subsumes patch 437537.

match_navigation_2.diff is a more recent version of
match_navigation.diff, which I submitted on 07/02/01. It
mostly consists of miscellaneous small clean-up type
changes. The most significant change is that
cscope-pop-mark now works correctly from the *cscope* buffer
("u" keybinding).
