[Cscope-announce] Progress bar, tab between selections and prompt, new >9 selection support

Hi Folks,

Andrew Sharpe beat me to it! He folded in the OSR5 changes to cscope, that
include:
- A "graphical" progress bar
- A new way of selecting selections
- <tab> key between selection lines and prompt
- new way of dealing with more than >9 selection lines.

Please test and send comments, particularly about the new usuability.

Folks who have memory leak tools and bad code detection, could you check please.
I did a quick scan an all seems fine, but best to have more than one person
look at it.

Also CVS crapped out on me several times with a "broken pipe signal" so
hopefully all the changes went in.
