Cool cool... I'll take the bug reports for the autoconf/automake
stuff, I guess.

My roommate says that either people will have to run a
"cvs update -P" to "Prune empty directories", or you'll have
to go in and hand-edit (and delete) those directories from the
repository...

And very cool that that -R option is in... I know that that one
is quite desirable (many people asked me about it)...
