[Cscope-devel] Autoconf in!

Hi,

Code freeze is off. Folks can now make changes as they wish.

Autoconf is now in thanks to Joshua. Current version is 15.0bl2.

Can't seem to get rid of the redundant directories (build, i386, bin).
Any ideas?
