Ok, and I just updated http://uzix.org/~uzi/cscope-ac.tar.gz
to reflect that.  The only difference in the "common"/"src"
diretory (besides the Makefile.ac and Makefile.in files) is
the "#include <config.h>" in both global.h and contants.h.

The big changes (that you should look at first) are in in
root of the tree (and there's a Makefile.{ac,in} in doc/).
