been frozen.

     Sorry.  Hans-Bernhard *really* wanted it out, and I checked it in,
forgetting that you hadn't yet unfrozen the tree.  I saw that you had
already tagged the sources, and so I hoped that the checkin wouldn't
cause any problems.

Hi Darryl,

No problem. I've been having severe networking problems on my side, so
delays have happened. Anyway, the tree was tagged before you updated
INSTALL.
