Conforming GNU GPL License V3. Minor changes in #include directives.

Welcome to '"24/16 Binary Overflow Rectifier" plugin. This plugin rescues wrong recordings with a lot of distortion due to binary overflow conversion. Magic !

Just few changes in this release.

Ugly spaces at the end of control labels removed.

Two new plugins :

Cellular Leveler mono : the cellular Leveler rewritten in mono version.

Fast Lookahead limiter mono : just a mono version of the famous Fast Lookahead limiter from Steve Harris

A new release, a fourth Plugin.
This new LADSPA plugin is a Vu-meter for blind people.
How does it work ?
Blind Peak Meter generates tones depending on input level.
4 deferent adjustable warns. (Tone number, duration, level, frequency, hold time. Crossfade mix between input and tones, ...)
The purpose is to control sound level on radio mixer, DAW, Hand recorder, ... for blind People.
Documentation version 0.4 in french arriving soon. Looking for contributors to translate it in other language.

Arriving soon, a peak-meter for blind people : Output tones to indicate the level of input sound. Blind people should be able to evaluate sound level.

Critical update for CSA LADSPA Plugins.
Fix a stupid "Segmentation fault" in plugin efll_3894 and celll_3893. We are now testing and listening plugins with real broadcast chain, radio, live programs, DSL link, FM transmitter. Enjoy !

A new release for Cellular Leveler Plugin.

Algo Number 2 is working in cellular mode. This plugin is not finalized so it's still alpha version.

No change for other plugins.

CSA plugins are developped for FM Broadcast. We will now test and listen plugins with real broadcast chain, radio, live programs, DSL link, FM transmitter.

Two new LADSPA plugins :

A very simple Left Right Amplifier stereo with separate left/right gain and swap channel.

The cellular leveler, in alpha version. Not fully functional. This leveler adapt level on a reference level. Useful to keep analog headroom on sound card input and associated with gain/limiter assume 0 dBFS in a numeric destination.

First plugin, "Fast Lookahead Limiter", is born. Thats an Amphazized Limiter with a loop back leveler. Package is now almost GNU compliant.

Second plugin may come for Chistmas.
