#2 not compatable with current CS v 1.0.1

after attempting to compile cs-pinball I ran into many problems. most of these are due to changes made to crystal space since ver 0.94 used in cs-pinball. Many CS have either been completely changed (removed for practicle purposes) or at least modified to be in conflict with cs-pinball code. If time allows I'll try to discover and report all that needs to be changed
