I'm making a small app that loads a map file, then it places a sprite an= d=20 spins it around. The problem is this: 1) If I use a map converted with map2cs using the standard configuration= ,=20 the memory usage of the app will increase constantly 2) If I use one of the standard CS levels (flarge or newsky) it doesn't = happen. 3) I changed the options in map2cs to not use BSP and to convert only=20 visible objects and it worked fine with the same map, so I think it has = to do something with BSP (?) The memory leak occurs in the sprite-> UpdateMove() (which is called on = every frame). If I comment this statement the leak stops, but I get=20 visibility problems. The map is very simple, just a large room. I'm using a recent (one week) CVS, compiling under Linux Mandrake 7.2 Was anyone aware of such an issue? If anyone is insterested I can send = source code, the map file, or whatever. Andres |
