I got a number of warnings but no errors (Error level 3 I think). None of the applications work. Can you explain the Plugins model to me? Where are the Plugin DLL's supposed to be? However there are no plugins in that directory. I didn't compile squawk but I just compiled CS 18 and all the apps other than squawk work for me. I'm still rather new to CS but did you by chance watch the lenghty compile process for errors or possibly back scroll is visual studio for errors? Normally, The only problems I have are for directx. I have both dx7 and 8 libs and headers but they don't seem to work for CS. They are fine for all others. Other than that, It compiled fine with only a few errors. > Is there a CS config file editor for MS Windows? The files do not display > well in Notepad? You can use the shareware version of Ultraedit http://www.ultraedit.com or the free NoteTab at http://www.notetab.com. These can't be viewed in Notepad because they are Unix/Linux files. However, In Ultraedit, You can change the format from unix to dos and then view them in notepad without problems.
