Error in multi-segment build on os5

I have added Beam/Send support in by adding modified code from CryptoPad
4.07 sources downloaded from PalmGear. I have altered them to hopfully
support the Send command as well as beam.
I have uploaded and tested it on a Sony Clie with Palm OS 4.1 and it all
appears to work properly (no BtLib so send can't be tested). Once I
upload it onto my Zodiac running Palm OS 5.2 it generates a
MemoryMgr.c, Line:3655, NULL handle
error on startup.
I think this is something to do with the way I have split the segments
of code as once the beam code was added the code segment was too big.
