Hi, what you have to do is : go to your backup directory on your PC (or Archive) and look for the cryptopad.pdb file. Then, double-click on it = to reinstall it and it is done ! My palm has been fully cleared and when I restored it using a PC, I can't see anymore a CryptoPad file with all my passwards. Is there a way to restore a cryptopad file ?
