As far as I used the x509 CRLs it seems to be tailored especially for x509 certificates. I dont think you can use them for PGP certificate revocation.

Beyond this I guess there is no need for as CRL because there is no centralized structure associated with PGP keys where you could revoke a certificate. So where should CLRs come from ?

If you depend on revocation, use x509 !
