There seems to be the first error -- the document submission page seems to missing.
Okay, I thought I can submit the new document via "List all papers" -> Selecting the paper and then clicking on "Modify paper". But when selecting a paper to upload it always fails too. Additionally, the paper automatically becomes "withdrawn".
Can anyone confirm that this is a bug? Is there a workaround?
