#8 Received data packets should be flushed immediately

Instead of waiting for the entire file to be uploaded to server, intermittent complete data packets received at server should be flushed immediately.
Advantages:
1) No need to wait for entire file to be uploaded to server, and then download the file - uploading and downloading will occur parallelly.
2) Server space will not get used up as it does not need to store the entire file since it flushes out the smaller packets as soon as it is received.
