They are underpowered. For example firebrands are dam
+9 -thats as good as a broadsword which is a one
handed weaponm, but you can't have any shields on,thus
you lose ac and armour . i think the power of every two
handed sword should be set up

This is not a bug, maybe a feature request instead. How
about lowering the power of some single handed weapons or
doing something like adding knockback or stunn effects to
two handed weapons.

Broadsword has damage of 9, but is only physical damage. That
means any monster with an Armour score will reduce that
damage.
A Firebrand has damage of 9 as well, but that is fire damage. It
will ignore the target monster's Armour score - meaning 9 points
of damage will dealt unless the monster has fire resistance. A
Firebrand also has cold resistance, a faster weapon speed, and
a magical enchantment which could be viewed as the trade-off
for it being 2 handed.
Under powered - IMO, I don't think so.
Balanced - that is a an almost neverending debate. ;)

One thought might be to follow AD&Dv3 example of doing
extra damage based on strength for 2 handed weapons (putting
more strength into it).
But otherwise, I think this is a balance issue, of which
there is no
perfect answer - some weapons will always be better than others.

i like the idea of adding str damage (but phys one then)
to 2 handed swords. As you can put all your str in
fighting.
