The "Big Chest" exit was missing the Python event, so no force was inserted in the player's inventory for the "Exit" from the storage to find.

The Python event missing is probably linked to a Python issue that happened on invidious around that time, the plugin was unavailable for some time, if the player used the Big Chest at that point, the event handler will have been removed.
