#861 Horn of Sirens appearing as random loot

Reported on IRC that the Horn of Sirens - a cult granted item from Ixalovh, appeared as a random item in a dungeon Best/Brittany on a trunk server.

The player was able to pick up and drop the Horn with out it being taken away. And, they were also able to sell it for a reported 10k platinum coins.

So far I have not found any maps that has the Horn in it. So I suspect that one of the treasure lists added it to the game.

The Horn should only be available to Ixalovh.

(And maybe made a higher level then level 1...)

This fix appears to have broken the item for players with an existing horn of sirens.

After r21075, this breakage can be undone by uncommenting the commented artifact and setting the chance to zero (without throwing error messages at startup).

Should this be done?

I think so, but I noticed that the chance was already 0 in the version that's commented out. Was the chance already set to zero before?

I noticed that the chance was previously non-zero, and that you changed the chance to zero after you commented it out. I'll go ahead and re-add the artifact back :)
