Run it on your system, if it work just like as it is working on mine, then we can extend the scenario further.

By the way, you might face some problem in installing NS2. I have kept the log of errors at
http://bugsinmycodes.blogspot.com/2010/11/ns2-bugs.html, you can check them here as well. Each time i install NS2, i have to encounter with the same errors.
