My cpu was burning hot here and triggered the bios temperature protection!. I had to remove the case to go on, but after some small bug fixes, CF adjustments and a lot of tests, the best average error rate on 6 10xshuffles is now around 1.1/500, a 10% improvement over last 1.25/500.
