#82 %auto-view% not set during collector runs

After discovering the joys of %auto-view%, I used it
in several target desc tags. However, when the
collector would run, I would get this:

unknown tag %auto-view% tag in Summary of <a
href....

I believe that this can be fixed by adding

target --default--
auto-view = ""

in the top-level Defaults file. That's what fixed it
for me.

The fix is to make collector ignore auto-view by providing a
default expansion. Put on the todo for 1.0.4.
