#148 configuration preset for eInk screens

I spent quite a lot of time configuring CoolReader for my rooted Nook simple Touch e-reader, and it's awesome.

It would be nice to be able to share such configurations with other users, perhaps as plugins. Once the preset is installed, there should be a way to override and eventually share the changes.

Users should be able to rate the presets created by others.

The way I have it configured so far
- disable all animations
- plain white background with black font
- Droid Serif 22 font, antialiased, no kerning
- disable swipe for page turning, since I like to follow text with a finger while reading
- volume keys used for page turning, they are mapped to the dedicated hardware buttons using the rooted Nook tools
- all tap zones are disabled for the primary action
- secondary action is triggered by long press
- secondary tap zone action: all left ones are back 10 pages, all right ones are forward 10 pages, top center is search, center is options, bottom center is reader menu
- single selection: find in dictionary, multi-selection is 'show selection toolbar', keep selection after dictionary
