#145 Links and back option (for footnotes and others)

There seems to be format for links, but is not possible to "click" on them. Even after disable all single click options, it just wants to do a zone action. Or even if I select the link, there is no option to follow the link.

And an option to return to the where we selected the link would be good. Specially when looking to lots of footnotes.

The windows version can follow links, but there is no browser like back

CASE USE:
Select footnote link, go read footnote, then select option to go back to the main text (where we selected the link) keep reading main text

Would love to have this feature as well, only in my case it's Windows.

Does not long click on link and then back key (or menu / back) work for you?

The long click just selects a footnote link. After I release the mouse button, a panel shows at the bottom with "Copy", "Add Bookmark" and "Real Aloud".
A couple of other ePub readers follows the same links in the same book just fine.

Are you using Cool Reader or Cool Reader GL?

GL version just selects footnote link.
Old UI version (3.1.2-49) changes mouse cursor to the pointing hand, but both short and long clicks do nothing.
