#138 notes and corrections shown as tooltip

It would be great if notes and corrections were shown as a tooltip over the text, instead of changing to the interface to modify them, as once created one just wanna see them.
An easy option would be to show the tooltip always of a predefined size, with a lateral bar in case the note be too long.
Then, for example a click on the tooltip could lead to the actual gui for modifying it.
