I've been using the old Cool Reader for a while now and just tried Cool Reader GL. When I opened my book in GL and paged through a bit I noticed (with delight) footnotes at the bottom of the pages. I went into settings to customize the basic things a bit - font, margins, etc - and when I returned to my book, the footnotes were suddenly at the end of the chapter instead. I went back into settings and tried changing things back, one at a time, but cannot get those end-of-page footnotes back again! What did I do?! Is there a way to get them back??
