I downloaded the latest file, cr3-newui-opengl-win32-3.3.16.zip. Actually the file would not save to my Downloads folder after two tries, so I opted to open the zip file with Windows Explorer in Windows 7 on a 64-bit system. After extracting the files to a new folder, I clicked cr3.exe half a dozen times and nothing happened.
What am I missing? Does this program work on 64 bit?
