#396 Android: wrong bookmark is deleted

1. Create two different bookmarks for a book.
2. Delete bookmark 2.
3. Bookmark 1 is deleted, bookmark 2 remains.

the problem is more than just 'delete'. same happens with 'edit' .edit and delete operate on whatever is the top bookmark. not the one longpressed..
